Story & cast
Costa Caliente is the most beautiful city on the coast, and the Mayor is selling it. Not the buildings. The whole thing. Beaches, river islands, hills, the lot. To make people sell cheap, his friends keep six gangs at war and pay the Chief of Police to look the other way.
Then two sergeants chase a bank robber straight through the Mayor's new statue on live TV. The Chief calls them "a bunch of rogue sergeants" in front of every camera in the city. The news ticker shortens it to B.O.R.S. The name sticks.
Suspended, badgeless and broke, Bary and Hary set up shop in an abandoned diner and start taking the city back, one block at a time. Their only ally with real power is Mary, the city's District Attorney and the smartest person in any room, who needs deniable muscle and keeps a little black book full of everyone's secrets. Including her own.
Ex-army. He refused an order he knew was wrong, put a general in a fountain and got sent to the city police as punishment. Now he walks the streets in a beret nobody is allowed to touch. Calm, dry, and he never leaves anyone behind. Special move: a shoulder charge through everyone in his way.
The best getaway driver the police ever had, and the one they punish the most. He talks his way into anywhere with a clipboard and a fake job title, and out again with a sliding dropkick. Special move: the Hustle, which gets him past any guard.
The city's District Attorney, and always two moves ahead of everyone in the room. She grew up on the river and she wants it back. Nobody knows whose side she's really on. Some days, neither does she. Special move: Objection! It freezes everyone around her.
